Let’s Do This!

  1. Combine eggs, cream cheese (softened), almond flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and stevia in a large bowl. Mix with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth.

  2. Coat pan or skillet in butter.

  3. Using a ¼ c measuring cup pour batter onto pan.

  4. Once your pancakes start bubbling, flip your pancakes be careful not to break them.

  5. Cook until both sides are golden brown.

  6. Drench in sugar-free syrup and butter and enjoy!
