4 eggs
3/4 c almond flour
5 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
10 drops liquid stevia
butter for cooking

Combine eggs, cream cheese (softened), almond flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and stevia in a large bowl. Mix with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth.
Coat pan or skillet in butter.
Using a ¼ c measuring cup pour batter onto pan.
Once your pancakes start bubbling, flip your pancakes be careful not to break them.
Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Drench in sugar-free syrup and butter and enjoy!
