1 can black soy beans
2 tbsp bacon grease (or olive oil)
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
½ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp onion powder
Fresh cilantro to taste
½ tsp lime juice

Let’s do this!
Rinse and drain black soy beans.
Add bacon grease, minced garlic, and black soy beans to saucepan. Cook until beans are hot. When the bean cases start splitting, they are ready.
Add cooked beans to a food processor. Reserve ¼ of the beans for later.
Add salt, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, and cilantro to the food processor. Pulse until beans are lightly chopped.
Add in remainder of beans and lime juice. Pulse to blend beans and lime juice.
