¾ c water
½ c + 1 tbsp flax meal
1 tsp psyllium husk powder
2 tsp chia seeds
¼ tsp salt

Let’s Do This!
Combine flax meal, psyllium husk powder, chia seeds, and salt to a medium sized bowl.
Boil water.
Create a pit in the center of your dry ingredients. Add boiling water and mix with a fork until you get a dough-like consistency.
Break dough into 4 balls. Place dough ball between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Flatten dough with a cutting board until dough is roughly ⅛ inch thick . Repeat for the rest of the dough.
Cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side in a greased or nonstick pan.
