1 lb ground beef (we use 80/20)
1 tsp olive oil
¼ white or yellow onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Pinch red pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried cilantro

Chop your onion into small pieces. In a large pan, add olive oil, chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion begins to look translucent.
Add ground beef to your pan, stir it until it is mostly browned.
Add seasonings to your pan and mix until beef is evenly coated.
