Ingredients:

Kebabs
1 medium onion or ½ large onion
3 cloves garlic
1 lb 80% lean ground beef
1 lb 80% lean ground lamb
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sumac
½ tsp turmeric
4 tbsp butter
Rice
2 cups cauliflower rice
4 tbsp butter
½ tsp turmeric
salt to taste

Let’s Do This!
Preheat oven at 450F.
Puree medium onion in food processor or blender. Strain excess liquid.
In a large mixing bowl combine onion puree, garlic, egg, lamb, beef, and spices. For best result, combine with your hands.
Separate mixture into 10 tube shaped kebabs. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

5. Bake at 450F for 20-25 minutes.
6. In a skillet, combine cauliflower rice ingredients, stir until butter melts and cauliflower is cooked.
