Whether it's game day or Tuesday, hot wings are a love of mine. So what makes these fat wings? I'm glad you asked! Traditional hot wings tend to have a lot higher protein than fat. This can make the macros a bit difficult if you eat too many, so I decided to fix this problem. The sauce is the key. Not only does it have an AMAZING spicy, garlic flavor, but it is also loaded with the fat that you need to keep it keto.

Let's Do This:
Cook the chicken wings according to their packaging if you're using an oven. If you are using an air fryer, I recommend cooking at 390F for 30 minutes. Flip the wings after 15 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, coconut aminos, and red pepper.
Mix until it is well combined.
Transfer the cooked chicken wings to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the wing sauce mixture over the top of the wings.
Using tongs, toss the wings around in the sauce.
Remove the finished wings from the bowl using your tongs, and place them on your serving dish.
Serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for some extra fat.
