Let's Do This!

  1. Brown the ground beef in a pan.

  2. Add seasonings to the beef. Make sure the seasoning evenly coats the beef.

  3. Add water and cream to your pan. Allow cream to come to temperature.

  4. Stir in cheese until fully melted.

  5. Add xanthan gum to the sauce to help thicken the sauce.

  6. Toss in your low carb noodles.

  7. Enjoy!
