1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup coconut butter
5 large eggs
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ tsp baking soda

Let’s Do This!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add macadamia nuts to food processor or blender. Grind until it is a paste consistency.
While the food processor is running, add your eggs one at a time allowing them to fully combine.
Incorporate coconut butter, salt, and lemon juice.
Add baking soda. Continue to mix in your food processor until dough is just formed.
Bake at 350F for about 35 minutes. To check if your bread is done insert a butter knife. If it is clean, your bread is done.
