This keto friendly ice cream tastes amazing and also doubles as a fat bomb with over 96% fat! You can add whatever flavorings you'd like, but I find that a little vanilla and maybe some Lily's chocolate chips do the trick for me. It's a great way to fix that sweet tooth while keeping your macros in check!

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
5 drops of liquid stevia

In a microwave safe bowl, combine butter, oil, and cream cheese.
Microwave until the coconut oil is fully melted, about 75 seconds.
Add stevia, heavy cream, and flavoring, whip with a hand mixer until your ice cream resembles whipped cream.
Scrape mixture into a ball.
Freeze for about 20 minutes.
