Keto Beef Brisket Recipe

Updated: Nov 24, 2019

Beef Brisket is the foundation that BBQ is built on. If a place doesn't have a good brisket, then I'm not eating there. While it's hard to compete with some of the awesome bbq joints out there, this keto brisket recipe will get you pretty dang close.

Let's Do This:

  1. If you bought a packer brisket, separate the point from the flat. See video for more info.

  2. Generously cover brisket in the dry rub on all sides.

  3. Place on 225F smoker or oven fat side up for 6 hours. The internal temperature of the meat should be 160F.

  4. Wrap brisket in a double layer of foil and return to heat

  5. Cook an additional 3-4 hours until the internal temperature is between 204F and 208F.

  6. Remove from heat and let rest in foil for 20-30 minutes.

  7. Slice against the grain and serve.
