½ Cup Melted Butter
2 ¼ Cup Almond Flour
½ Cup Monkfruit Sweetener
6 Eggs
1 ½ TSP Baking Soda
1 ½ TSP Pink Salt
¾ TSP Banana Extract
⅓ Cup Ground Flaxseed
1 TBSP Water
⅓ Cup Chopped Walnuts

Preheat oven at 325F.
In a large bowl combine almond flour, sweetener, baking soda, salt and flaxseed.
In another bowl, whisk eggs. Add butter and extract, whisk to combine.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in walnuts
Pour batter into lined muffin pan.
Bake at 325F for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
