Keto Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Jalapeno poppers are so easy to make and incredibly versatile for keto and non-keto eaters alike. Make them for your next potluck, game-day party, even as a snack or side dish. With perfect keto macros, jalapeno poppers are sure to become your new favorite recipe.

Let’s Do This!

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.

  2. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the stems.

  3. Remove the membranes with a spoon, save about a tsp of the membrane (optional).

  4. Finely chop the reserved membrane and put it in a medium size mixing bowl.

  5. Add your cream cheese, cheddar cheese, red pepper, black pepper, and salt to the bowl, combine with a fork.

  6. Fill each jalapeno halve with cream cheese mixture.

  7. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each jalapeno with a ½ piece of bacon, secure with toothpick.

  8. Place jalapenos on a tin foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.

  9. Enjoy!
