I was first introduced to the concept of an Alabama style white bbq sauce from a local bbq shop that I frequent. It occurred to me that the mayonnaise base is much better for a keto diet than the tomato base of most bbq sauces. From there I set out to recreate a keto recipe for a white bbq sauce.

¾ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ TSP Liquid Stevia
3 TBSP Brown Mustard
1 TSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Horseradish
2 TSP Pink Salt
2 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Ground Red Pepper
