12 oz Cauliflower (riced if possible)
2 TBSP butter
2 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 TSP salt
1/4 TSP garlic powder
1/2 TSP parsley

Let's Do This:
Cook cauliflower according to packaging. If there is a time range, choose the longer time.
Drain any water from bag
Add Cauliflower, Butter, Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Sald, Garlic Power, and Parsley to a food processor.
Mix until almost smooth
Add Cheddar cheese
Pulse until cheddar is incorporated. I like visible pieces of the cheese.
