After hearing from so many people that they couldn't find keto ice cream where they live, I challenged myself to make a simple, keto ice cream that requires no special equipment. This recipe is the result. I hope you all enjoy this simple, 4 ingredient, keto ice cream.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Freeze Time: 2-3 hours

Ingredients:

Let's Do This:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar.

  2. Mix with either a portable drink mixer, or seal jar and shake.

  3. Once the level of the liquid in the jar has increased by 1-2 inches, place in freezer for 2-3 hours. *note* Do NOT let it become whipped cream.

  4. Thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving.

  5. Enjoy!
