After hearing from so many people that they couldn't find keto ice cream where they live, I challenged myself to make a simple, keto ice cream that requires no special equipment. This recipe is the result. I hope you all enjoy this simple, 4 ingredient, keto ice cream.

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Supplies:
1 8 oz jar
1 drink mixer (optional but recommended)

Let's Do This:
Combine all ingredients in a small jar.
Mix with either a portable drink mixer, or seal jar and shake.
Once the level of the liquid in the jar has increased by 1-2 inches, place in freezer for 2-3 hours. *note* Do NOT let it become whipped cream.
Thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving.
